Virtual Meeting Facilitation
Virtual Meeting Facilitation
What is a meeting facilitation?
Facilitation is a process in which a facilitator, who is an impartial person without any specialized knowledge, helps a group of people to achieve a specific goal in a meeting. A facilitator can lead a group process during standard meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions or any other type of group work.
A facilitator’s scope of duties includes:
A facilitator doesn’t need to have any specialized knowledge related to the subject of the meeting they’re part of. In most cases, they actually should not. Thanks to this they are capable to offer support from a completely unbiased, external perspective.
Our facilitators are specialized in working with distributed teams, are aware of the characteristics of virtual meetings and their limitations when it comes to communication or tools. Thanks to this, they are able to lead the process effectively for groups of individuals working remotely.

When can a facilitator help?
All of the above can be used for both one-time meetings as well as recurring, regular meetings.
